Architecture Components: P8 Content Manager, Web Services As a Team Leader, participated in a year long project to develop a FileNet based electronic document management/ scanning and workflow system for the for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Reporting and fee Collection. The system replaces an outdated and cumbersome collection of systems used to process all incoming documents and forms relating to hazardous waste reporting and fee collection. The system processes documents and checks totaling more then one hundred and sixty million dollars in annual fees. The project involved multiple phases including a review of Business Process Analysis’ performed by an outside consulting firm, development of updated recommendations and a Cost / Benefit Analysis, Requirements Definition, System Design Specification, and finally system construction and implementation. Post implementation support and training activities are ongoing.
As a Team Leader, developed a FileNet eProcess application for a major utility customer to process Notices of Violation (NOV's) received from the State Department of Transportation. The system allows the Violations Department to scan all NOV's received, link them to the original permits that the alleged violations relate to, and routes the documents to the appropriate departments and personnel. The system also has the capability to receive responses from field personnel, via fax. These responses are received by a FileNet Fax Server, indexed, and added to the system. The system also contains e-mail notification for items that have not been processed in the set time frame and reporting capabilities. As a Team Leader, worked with Soluziona's internal development team to prototype several eProcess/eContent systems for demonstrations and proof of concept applications for Soluziona customers.

Role performed: Senior Business Analyst As a senior Business Analyst, worked with a major financial services company to design and implement a FileNet based document imaging and workflow system. Duties included the definition of requirements for document capture and indexing including document analysis and forms redesign, screen design and functional design for the entire system. Other duties included the design of the physical plant and the development of new workflows and procedures to support the new environment. Additional duties included assisting with staffing models, roles and responsibilities, change management, training curriculum development and implementation, as well as system testing and dry run testing prior to rollout.

Role performed: Team Leader As a Team Leader, participated in a project for a Philadelphia based insurance company to design and develop a Central Intake Facility for the capture of all incoming documents into a new FileNet based imaging and workflow system. The project included an examination of all incoming documents to determine their applicability and suitability for imaging in the new FileNet environment, the evaluation of current document handling procedures and the development of new procedures to facilitate electronic capture and distribution. Additional duties included the design of the physical plant for the Central Intake Facility including the layout of imaging and other Mail Handling equipment. As a Technical Analyst, assisted in the Employee Services Imaging Project implementation to define imaging process requirements and imaging software security mechanisms. Participated in the definition of requirements, detailed design, construction and implementation of the FileNet based imaging system.
